To recap the issues found at 141-5 Sydenham Wells, the following items need to be addressed:

 

1.       Hot and Cold water lines reversed in kitchen with dishwasher valve on cold line,

2.       Cable jack cover in living room missing,

3.       Fan cover missing in laundry room,

4.       Mirrored Doors missing in hallway,

5.       Mirror in bathroom missing.

 

Issues that were on the PDI that are no longer required to be addressed are:

 

1.       HVAC Vent in bedroom drywalled over (corrected by occupant),

2.       Walk-in Closet shelf not installed (different shelving to be installed by occupant),

3.       Screen on patio door missing (addressed by Pratt),

4.       Toilet paper holder not installed (installed by occupant),

5.       Incorrect paint colour (corrected by Pratt).
