Hi Mark;

 

 I forwarded the pictures you attached to your email to our Pratt Hansen Service Manager Wendy Skyba. She has viewed your pictures and has instructed me to have these areas sanded & prepped for painting. Then make arrangements to have them painted.

 

 I will contact  Newport Interiors to have them do this for you.  J.P. Decorating (painters) will come in the same day and do all the paint touch ups. Please advise me which week day will be the most convenient for you and I will promptly set this in motion.

 

I apologize for this inconvenience and the over exuberance of the drywaller. We will make this right.
