We will send Gary to your condo on Fri Nov 4/11 for repairs. I have contacted Darcy Clarol of JWD Construction regarding your unfinished Attic Hatch and he will come on Tues Nov 1/11 to do this repair. I cannot give you a time. There is no lock that is placed on the Attic Hatch. I don’t have anything written down regarding your railings, they do get a varnish but it is only one coat and it is a Matt finish not a glossy clear coating.

 

If there are other repair issues, you must send them to me at the Pratt Service Dept.  by email or a phone call and then I can set further repairs in motion.

Hi Ramona,
 
I heard that you had trouble reaching me by phone. Here is my number again in case what you have is wrong:  705 220 8775.  Feel free to use email whenever you can't reach me by phone.
 
I will not be home until 4 15 pm on Nov 2.  However, I am available all day on Nov 1 and 4.  Main bathroom door needs trim and paint.  I don't believe Kitchen counter chip was fixed, not was the main bathroom counter chip.  The Attic needs to be finished as right now only a piece of styrofoam covers it and I wonder if a lock will be placed on the attic door because of safety concerns. Also, Gary documented additional outstanding items such as railings need coating.

Repairs are Kitchen cabinet door needs a rubber door bumper and a door needs trim and paint (can you identify which door?). Also there was a chip in your kitchen counter did Normac fix that? Please send an email response to service@pratthomes.ca
