Yes, you should forward your deficiency to Pratt and respond to Tarion as well.  It should be looked at and repaired.  Email Ramona at service@pratthomes.ca  as she is good about getting these things done.

Hi Maria,

 

After my year-end report to Prattr, Tarion and you the items noted were dealt with. The man who came to fix the bedroom window was unwilling to listen to my description of the problem indicating that he was the expeert and knew what he was doing. When he was done the window closed properly but the item that I had pointed out as being opart of the problem he didn't touch.

Now the window does exactly the same ie the top half won't close.

Tarion sent me a follow-up note this week, indicating that I could request an inspection before the end of the month if things had not been looked after. However it seems to me that Pratt could get somneone to take care of it once more. What do you think?
