Hello there

 

Happy New Year!  I have a few questions concerning this condo unit. 

 

1.  front entrance door -- does not open all the way anymore  -- if we try to force it open it will damage the flooring

2.  main bathroom sink -- it appears the glaze has started to come off in certain areas

3.  balcony -- needs to be secured -- waiting on this one since we took possession in May 2011

 

Is this something you can help with?  If not, can you advise?
