Thank you for looking after my parents as they sell their Pratt home and move into their Pratt condo

There are a few issues we need your help with

We could not get the condo to cool below 77 degrees today so perhaps the HVAC vendor who is looking after getting a filter for the unit could also check out why there is a deficiency in cooling

How do we adjust the entry door to unit 14 so that it doesn't slam shut and disturb the neighbors?

What is the cable and wires for behind the small access panel in the laundry room?
