I have resent your work order to Dominion Heating the company doing the repair to the A/C unit; asking them to call both you and I with a new reschedule date to quickly finish the repair. Also, I have noticed there are some outstanding repairs our service man must take care, as your condo was surveyed during a report. We have some afternoons available: Thurs.May 17th or Tues. May 22nd or Thurs.May 24th. Please advise which date would be best for you.

I wanted to follow up on a few things:

1. Air conditioner: someone came in to fix it back in March, and he said he was ordering a new panel.

2. Window screen:  someone came in to measure the window for a missing screen.  

I haven't heard back regarding either of these things.
