Hello Ramona,

Vince Cruppi suggested I send this to you so you can determine what service men are required to send to the property at 140 Sydenham Wells in Barrie.  I am sending the complete report as I don't know where Pratt homes' responsibility lies, I would only be guessing.

The only items I have addressed are the washer and dishwasher.  Please feel free to call me to clarify anything that is unclear with my report.

Both tenants are shift workers so I would need notice to confirm someone will be home.
