confirming availability of the tenants in February and should be able to get
back to you within the week in this regard. If you could please go ahead
and book Feb 3rd in the afternoon in the meantime, I would really appreciate
it.
Thank you as well for reversing your most recent decision not to
change the location of the telephone jack. In response to your queries
below, the existiing jack can remain in the kitchen and it makes most sense for
the new location to be on the backsplash beside the fridge. This location
is tucked away out of sight and not close to either the kitchen sinks or the
stove.

Service Manager was in your condo at 133 -6 Sydenham Wells on Nov.30 to view
your Attic Hatch. Wendy discussed having Gary come in Feb.2012 to repair this
issue. The service dates available are: Fri.Feb.3 afternoon, Wed.Feb.8
afternoon, Thurs.Feb16 & Fri.Be.24/11 morning or afternoon. Please check
with your tenant as to which date would be most
convenient.
I
will send a workorder to Bell Tech Solutions to install a new phone jack, just
me advise of the desired location. Can the existing phone-jack in the kitchen
