In response to the letter dated Nov.22, 2011 sent by  fax to the Pratt head office; the service manager would like to set-up a scheduled appointment to come to your condo at 133-6 Sydenham Wells. Wendy Skyba our service manager would like to view your  condo to determine what warrantable issues are still outstanding. This will enable her to determine exactly what needs to be done so that we can get this resolved for you.
