The reason I am emailing today is because this morning when I went to open all of my windows in the condo I found one of my windows broken. It looks like someone has thrown a rock at it, that said the only thing I can not understand is the fact that the screen is still ok. The only thing that I have put together that possibly could have happend is that the screen gave a bit and just broke the window. This is the same window in the 2nd bedroom that needed to be fix as well if you could tell me what the process is for a broken window.
