I am not sure about the tile if it was left when they originally did it then it would still be in the unit but I am not 100% sure.

Hi Ryan;

I do not have a time for May 25th other than “ after 9am and before 3pm”. I will contact you as soon as I get a better ETA.

If the repair to the bathtub is not cosmetically acceptable they will replace the bathtub. We prefer to do the repair because it is less disruptive to do the repair than to do a replacement.  This repair has been done may times with flawless results. If we have to pull the tub; the area will be left so that you can still use the shower over the weekend.

Do you have spare ceramic wall tiles? Our service man will be on hand during this repair.

Thank you please let me know if they are able to do it on the 25th and what time.  Also what is the plan if the tub gets fixed and you can visibly see that it has been cut?

Good Morning Ryan;

 Your window repairs are booked for May 25th as prearranged. I spoke with both the Pratt Hansen Service manager & Doug Van Wyck the service manager for Mirolin Bathtubs and both assured me you will not be able to tell the tub had a repair. Cosmetically it will look as good as new.

I will go ahead and resend a work order to Mirolin and have them call you to arrange a service date. To minimize the inconvenience I can request May 25th; so this trade comes on the same day as Pratt Service.

Thank you,

Good Afternoon,

    I am writing this email as the last chance for your company to fix the issues at hand before as I explained to Romona on the 7th of May I have to take the next step.  This is absolutely ridiculous the type of service that you provide to your condo owners.  My window frames have been cracked since my initial condo review back almost a year ago, the window in the one bedroom has a draft that enters and I had to use plastic over the winter so that the wind did not freeze out that room.  Then the bath tub that I got told I had to have Mirolin look at, which I did, came back to be a installation problem back in February.  At this time I was told by Romona that you would get the report from the company (Mirolin) then be in contact with your plumber followed by letting me know the action plan.  The next contact was on April 2nd when I called you to find out what happened and got the same answer about the bath tub that you would call me back tomorrow with an answer and the window would be set up to be fixed on May 25th because the only handy man you have on staff was off injured for several weeks.  I let a month go by waiting to see If your company would actually call me back as they have said and once again NO REPLY.  So once again I called back.  On May 7th 2012 I spoke with Romona when she said she would call the plumber and get back to me tomorrow I let her know that the next step would be made if needed and I was giving Pratt Homes the last opportunity before making the next step.  It is now the 15th of May and yet no call once again.

If I do not have contact by Friday May 18th, 2012 at 4pm then I will be sending a formal complaint to Tarion under sections 3.3 and 6.9 of the Construction Performance Guidelines.
