Comments and Quesitons:Message or Comments Last year I contacted the office regarding a drain pipe that was extended approx. 2 feet outside by the basement window. I was contacted by one of the supervisors and told this needed to be cut and capped and that someone would be by to fix it. This never did take place and last week I had some water back up from my drain in the basement and did not know if this was in any way related. 

I also called with regards to getting someone to put a cover over an existing electrical box outside the house on the secound level, once again I was given a contact (Marnoch Electric)to call and they did come out to the house ( I beleive as I was not home at the time) and looked at it but did not come back to complete the job.

I would appreciate these matters taken care of as soon as possible as the winter will be approaching again and do not want both the pipe and electrical box exposed.
