Hope all is well with you. I’m going through the year-end list you’ve submitted and I have couple of questions for you.

1. The garage door frame that is cracked and chipped, are you referring to the overhead door or the man door to garage?
2. And is the door that is hard to open again the overhead door or the man door to garage?

 

Also I would like to schedule one day for our service tech and the necessary trades to do year-end service work in your home. My first available date is Oct. 21/09. Please confirm with me If this day works for you, and if not let me know when would be more convenient for you to provide access. Please note that the mentioned date is not a firm date and service work will not be schedule unless I hear back from you
