Good Morning,

 

I am contacting you regarding the attached photos of my roof at 3 Michelle Dr. in Country Club Estates.

There has been 1 shingle that pealed back since we took possession of the house in Oct 15th, 2009.

I simply repaired this myself with sealant.

 

The attached is much more substantial and has caused concern towards the quality of the shingles/installation.

 

What is the manufacturers warranty on these shingles?

Surly they should last easily more than 3 years!

 

I would like a service call ASAP to replace the lost shingle and any other shingles that are torn (there a 2).

Please let me when this will be available as rain may cause addition damage.
