We’re arranging to have the grading fixed on 34 and 36 Thicketwood. I think lot 10 is right next door at 38 Thicketwood and we will only be fixing the grading on his property to match into the new grading.

Is there any work been done on the drainage for this lot? Homeowner just called to let me know that there is an accumulation of water on the side of the house and that there is to be a pipe put underground?  Do you know anything about that?
