Hello Jorge,

We need to upgrade the attic hatch in your unit. Please let me know on which day you can provide access, Nov. 9th, 11th or 15th or if you wish to leave a key. We can put a lock box with combination number for you to put a key in for us to use, and you can retrieve it once the attic hatch is installed.
