Thank you for the information. This is the list of deficiencies for Dr. Bandali's properties that we discussed:
7-19 Cheltenham Road
· Electrical outlet in entrance not working
· Vent in ceiling at the patio door not working
· GFR outlet in upstair's bathroom, keeps requiring to be reset
7-11 Cheltenham Road
· Kitchen window does not open
· Window broken in bedroom #3 (down hallway on left side)
Please could you look into these items, and advise Dr. Bandali when we could have these issues taken care of.
