Hello Wendy,
As you are aware the lockers at Cheltenham were re-keyed.  Our tenant in 11 Cheltenham Unit 7 is unable to gain access with the new key.  Can you make arrangements for an alternate copy of the key to be made available possibly to be picked up at the sales office. Thank you.
