HI Lorraine & John,

I heard that 01008 CHS was supposed to have ceramics in the lower hall that did not get installed. First, please reasure me that this will not be missed again and that you have corrected your communications system so that this error is impossible to happen in the future.

Second, I understand that the homeowner is agreeable to being reimbursed for his ceramics instead of having his carpet ripped up. Tell him that since we did install the carpet the credit will be for $450. If he wants a cheque for $450 we will issue it if he signs the attached waiver and release. If he wants the full $900 tell him, no, because we had to pay to install the carpet.

As an alternative to getting $450 tell him we will install a set of mirrored entry door closet sliders OR install a kitchen ceramic backsplash of his choice (from our standard sales office samples). See attached waiver that he must sign before you give him a $450 cheque. There is also a waiver that he must sign if he chooses the backsplash OR sliders option.

If he's not agreeable to the $450 or the sliders or the backsplash, please install the ceramics. DO NOT PROVIDE COMPENSATION OR INSTALL BACKSPLASH OR SLIDERS UNTIL HE SIGNS THE WAIVER!!!!
