 Can our Pratt service man Gary have permission to enter your home today between 4&5pm to complete the repair he did yesterday to the Main Bathroom- Doors- hinge/trim broken**area has been mudded on Nov. 27/12 and just needs to be painted

We have the copy of the house key you have left us and he could use this to let himself in with your permission and complete this repair today.
