Hi Crystal,

We have gotten the owner to give us access this morning by promising to do some not warranted work. His Dad passed away last week & the funeral is this afternoon so we are grateful that he has finally decided to let us back in. If you call, please just let him know that we are good guys who go above the requirements of the warranty & he will get more by continuing to work with us than the regs will let you do for him.

Ramona is faxing over the signed off work orders this morning.

Could you ask the owner to give us access for the flooring repair issue? I believe that’s the only warrantable issue that may be outstanding.

Hi Crystal,

We have many signed off work orders for this home. Our flooring people did a repair to a transition strip and left some touch ups for us however we have not been able to get back into the home in spite of numerous attempts in writing and over the phone. There are also a number of issues that are simply not warrantable on the list and also a couple of seasonal/special seasonal issues.

The owner has been difficult but I don’t have to tell you that..as the easy ones don’t contact Tarion J. We are still trying to get in even today but are being told we can’t have access.

I will bring copies of signed off work orders etc with me on Tuesday & will continue to try to get in.

Any help you can give me on getting access at this late date would be greatly appreciated!
