Thank you for feedback. Actually I would like to have your service
earlier especially for leak in kitchen Range Hood Duct. But if you have only Dec
1, 2009 as the first available date for my home it is OK with me, I will provide
your service personnel with an access to my home on this date.
If any opportunity for earlier service date will arise please let
me know.

date is Dec. 1/09. Please confirm with me if this day works for you, and if
not let me know when would be more convenient for you to provide access.
